WARRANTY - PAINT
The polyester paint coatings applied to our equipment are guaranteed as follows :
Performance guarantee :
This guarantee concerns faults which could affect the coating according to the following criteria:
(BLISTERING, FLAKING, CRAZING)
Intensity of the fault : 0
Guarantee period : 3 years
Rust guarantee :
This guarantee concerns the appearance of rust on the ferrous metals according to the following criteria:
Intensity of fault : R1
Guarantee period : 3 years
Appearance guarantee :
This guarantee concerns the modification of the colour and chalking according to the following criteria :
Difference in colour : Classification 1
Degree of chalking : Classification 1
Guarantee period : 2 years

These guarantees are defined in reference to the AFNOR and ISO standards currently in force.
Effective date of guarantees :
The guarantees take effect on the day the items coated with polyester paint are shipped, and they lapse automatically at the end of the period defined above.
If any of the coatings are found to be defective, where appropriate, Heinrich-Lighting will have repairs carried out at its own expense.
These repairs will include the supply and application free of charge of appropriate paint, but will not include the payment of any damages relating directly or indirectly to the faults.
Exclusions :
Is excluded form our guarantees any damage which may arise during the guarantee period and which is the result of :
n The deformation of the projectiles
n Impacts and friction
n Burns, welding, fire
n Contact with corrosive liquids
n Cleaning with organic or aggressive solvents
n Erosion by abrasive particles (use by the sea...)
n Partial or total coverage by non-compatible products
